If you were talking just supplements, I’d suggest a capsule filling machine from ebay, about $30-$60 depending on cap size and quality, and follow a simple capsule size weight to volume guide that can be found with a google search.
But since we are talking about an anavar, I’d suggest some capsule filling tools (basically tiny spatulas), and an mg scale. It will take alittle technique. Tare your scale to the capsule, spoon in a bit of anavar into the capsule, weigh again. Eventually you’ll be able to eyeball it almost every time.

This is where things get a little more complex. The smallest capsule holds about 120mg minimum. And if your target is 50mg, this means you need to cut it. The idea is simple, but in practice it can be a bit more complex, as if not mixed properly you may have hotspots in your mix, meaning some pills might be 80mg, others might be 20mg.
Some ways I’ve read of doing this, not actually put into practice, is you’d disolve your product in a solvent, like alcohol, and use a misting spray nozzle with your cutting powder in a tumbler.
Then for better accuracy, I’ve heard people putting dye in the alcohol, so when the mix is done, they can lay some of the product on a scanner. Scan an image and detect for the gradients of the colored dye to get an idea of any hot spots.
From there when you have your powder correctly mixed, you will get your correctly sized capsule, and machines, spread it out on top, cap, and go.

Yeah, this is where I was hesitent to explain it on my first post right off the bat. If your dosages were closer to like 200mg-300mg of whatever substance, and you don’t mind a 10mg-30mg margin of error. Just spread the powder and go. But the smaller dosages get, and the smaller the error you want. The more difficult the situation gets. 50mg is right on that border where it’s a little more difficult to work with.

1.Fill the caps in the machine will your filler and then dump it into a to graduated cylinder and measure total volume (mark this line)
- So if you have 100 caps need to be filled weight out the 5 grams (50mg for each cap)and dump into a clean graduated cyclinder then add the filler till you get to the total volume mark from step 1.
- Dump the graduated cylinder into mixing cup/bowl and thoroughly mix the active ingredient and filler.
- Fill you capping machine and then dump the mixture and spread it across all the caps.
It’s worth it to me to pay someone else to do it with precision and sterility.
