Does anyone have or deal with this? I’ve tried everything and it keeps getting worse. Have it in both hands and travels to the elbow etc. Doesn’t affect me in the gym but at work it’s horrendous, also keeps me up at night
I know they gave the guys some sort of special padded gloves to buck rivets all day. Not sure if it helped them or not… not sure about jack hammers… that’s some serious heavy tooling.
I’ve taken up to 500mcg twice a day of BPC and 4 mg a week of tb500. Start with normal protocol of 250mcg a day of bpc and 2 mg of TB. But it won’t hurt to push it a little bit.
