I put this in the diet category because I was going to place it in anything goes but this write up is about using thc, and cbd for benefits in training and diet.
I have been using thc and cbd im the type of person that when I use thc I get energy. I don’t get stuck to the couch. At first it did help me eat more but honestly not much more if anything it has made my diet worse because of the urge to eat sugars.
The CBD oil I originally bought a bottle of dietary supplement CBD it was garbage did absolutely nothing.
I since have used real CBD oil and no it didn’t work for me either.
I decided to try a hybrid sativa/indica strain full spectrum that was supposed to work for what I wanted it to do.
I have now decided that it really didn’t help with my workout or diet and I don’t believe that it gave me any advantage.
It did help alot with my pain in my arm where I ruptured my bicep. It works better than asprin or ibuprofen and I use alot of ibuprofen but it was destroying my liver so I switched to thc to help with the pain and it works great.
I wouldn’t use thc or cbd to try and get benefits for growth but for pain relief and wellbeing it is a great tool.
I also haven’t pinned in about 4wks and I have been running nolvadex 40mg a day and the thc has helped me during me trying to clear my receptors and start over with a new cycle and cruise coming up.
I believe that I will drop the THC and CBD once I start to inject testosterone again.
If anyone has had any other experience please let me know how you do it or which products and strains might have worked out for you.
