Christmas protein powder - peppermint bark

I like a big spinach salad with a protein (chicken or pork) on it along with chopped boiled eggs.
 
Oh good call with a couple sliced hard boiled eggs. Sometimes I’ll also add in an avocado depending on what sounds good at that time. Love mixing spinach with plain old iceberg lettuce. A large healthy salad with a good portion of protein mixed in definitely helps to regulate and increase satiety too when watching calories. 👍
