Best protein powder these days?

Me personally I do my shake raw. That way I can adjust the carbs and protein as needed. Shake consists of milk or water, raw egg whites, peanut butter, bananas, and oatmeal. More carbs? Add more oatmeal. Less you know what to do… Protein?.. Shit come on same way… Either add or take out raw egg whites… My response… Best protein powder is no protein powder…
Also super money saver… And ten times healthier

Thats about how i do it… only diff is i use a banana OR oats.

Can’t go wrong with whites.
 
He was extremely dedicated to helping people his ways weren’t always popular but I support outside the box thinking and that was Rich I was told he was the nicest guy at the shows and he was a presence in all his videos.
