I have learned alot about keto from his videos he also talks about multiple other topics that are very interesting and he gives great facts and information.

He was hated by many but that just shows how many were really jealous of him.
He had demons and he battled them in recovery by working out.
Rumors say that he might not have been clean but he is inspiring. He won mr cali and he was a beast. I didn’t even know how old he was I thought that he was younger.
For his age holding all that mass is incredible to me. His videos were as real as it got he held nothing back and spoke the truth.

I am not sure that ill need 3 pictures. This guy not only inspired me to get back into lifting. He also inspired me to start my own brand. To inspire and motivate others. Encouraged me not to feel guilty about being forward and upfront with people about who i am. About the same time great things seemed to be crumbling around me. This dude inspired me to fight through the bullshit, keep chasing the things im passionate about “Do whatever it takes” and sometimes that may require a little risk. Some times that risk may be your life… but are you willing to do whatever it takes? I am… i am not afraid of risk… and ill bet on me every time! Also, this picture is important to me because i want to be as close to that size as possible.

Fugg it #2 Big mutha fucking Frank Budelewski…youd have to see a before and after. Long story short Big Frank loves the kids as seen in this picture he likes to dress up as characters. Big Frank is also what i consider a mass monster. How does he inspire me though? Its not just that he has s big heart and is a Monster… but the journey he took to get there from being a fat fuck like myself to becoming an IFBB pro (not on my itinerary but still impressive)
