So I been using coq10,but according to the internet,I'm at the minimum of what they say,I take 200mg split a day,and I always use it on cycles, but I'm thinking I should up my dose.Who else here uses it? And how much
daily?
@Neuro what do you think?

I have used it years ago. I do not remember what dose. I don’t know why I quit. It’s good stuff from what I remember.

I usually add 50% or more to the daily recommended dose….sometimes double it.

For neurodegenerative disorders (Parkinson’s etc) I’ve seen it upwards of 1000mg a day.

I take 400-600 of ubiquinol depending on what phase of things I’m in.

CoQ10 is the inactive form of ubiquinol. It’s cheaper but requires the body to take an extra step. Not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

But 400 of coQ10 is a good dose for overall health.
