Replanning my routines today and stretching. Soon will go on my all steak diet and nothing but steak for a few months. Some egg yolks in there for breakfast.
Dam it, I almost beat you Mr. Steak. What kind do you change the steak up, and how you season and cook it? Me I pick out my steak solely based on how much fat is on it, like the skin on chicken, the fat never makes it to the plate I eat it long before the meat is ready.
I’m excited, today is Friday for me, going camping tomorrow til Monday for my birthday.

Thinking of changing my workout plan when back from mini vacation next week. Found place to workout when up home but if I get too busy in the booze and miss a few days it gives excellent opportunity tonswitch things up.
I always buy those MetRx bars and throw them in the cupboard. As a last resort if I miss a meal or have to run and not have food intake for a few hours. I try to eat every 2 hours. Which is hard to do at times.
