Dam it, I almost beat you Mr. Steak. What kind do you change the steak up, and how you season and cook it? Me I pick out my steak solely based on how much fat is on it, like the skin on chicken, the fat never makes it to the plate I eat it long before the meat is ready.
 
I’m excited, today is Friday for me, going camping tomorrow til Monday for my birthday.
Breakfast consisted of, 6in cheesesteak extra cheese on it, grapes and watermelon bottle a water,2 glazed Dunkin’ Donuts.
 
Thinking of changing my workout plan when back from mini vacation next week. Found place to workout when up home but if I get too busy in the booze and miss a few days it gives excellent opportunity tonswitch things up.
 
Had my first non bleeding shot in right flute In about 4 weeks feels great

Did you try my protocol on it? What did you do differently or was it just a good day? 😂
 
I did also think I may have been going to low on glute the last couple times
 
That’s not bad to do. Just stay away from that center of the glute. That’s a no go zone. 😂 glad you hear you didn’t get a squirt. 😁
 
Only like squirts in the bed. Edit: I do mix squirt with gin when doing annual Detroit trip with my boys

Long day at work again, woke up late, didn’t have time for breakfast so freaking starving! Waking up late always fucks your whole day up.
 
I always buy those MetRx bars and throw them in the cupboard. As a last resort if I miss a meal or have to run and not have food intake for a few hours. I try to eat every 2 hours. Which is hard to do at times.
 
I try for protein intake every three hours worst comes to worst they got quest bars at work
 
That’s a good idea, I used to buy them and keep them in my desk at work, but then I usually ate them all in one day lol.
