DAILY THREAD JULY 30th

First breakfast was a big bowl of Cocoa Pebbles. Second breakfast is two slices of homemade French toast, four large eggs scrambled, and six pieces of bacon. With a MuscleMilk. That’ll do for an hour or so.
 
Did legs this morning! Came home and smashed 4 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 toast and a yogurt! Already thinking about AM snack though! Lol
 
Protein shake made with egg whites and added peanut butter powder. Banana. OJ, 2 cups oatmeal and tablespoon of raw unfiltered honey. In 2 hours 4 eggs. Soft scrambled. 😁
 
Ha ha everyone’s food makes me want to eat it, except coco pebbles. I had homemade Mac n cheese, bacon,grapes,and I drank a protein shake A little bit ago,with which is rare,They all suck,along with pwo powders and any other junkass supplement people push down our throats to make money.
 
I didn’t work today, so I did chest this morning, simple one,pec dec and push ups, I used cialis and inject dbol as pwo.
 
No brother im just playing tomorrow we start member of the month August. So im going to have to take your spot.
Its ok though because I have a sponsor who is offering a really nice cycle to the winner of MOTM.
