I feel part of my problem is not maximizing the gear and I’m not talking about the PR… Let’s say I struggle doing 10 with a certain weight… But yet I’m adding 20 or 30 lbs finding out I’m struggling the same doing those 10 reps but with heavier weight… I guess I’m saying I’m cutting myself off too soon with adding weight…keeping it in the 10 rep range…i get keeping away from or rep max… But I just wanted to push myself… Doing it safely…not trying inpress no one adding increments of 20 to my squat per set…Poppy said:Everyone is different but generally your legs will respond to higher reps
