Sometimes they have the weight on them this one doesn’t… The other gym I went to said it was 140 but ain’t no telling…

When I was going to the gym with a hack squat machine. I just counted plates…4 plates each side etc.

My opinion… it doesn’t matter just put the work in.
 
Oh I’m putting the work in the Dr ol it’s making the work that much easier… I don’t get the feeling as some guys get saying they feel like a monster but as for me shit is just a lot easier to move…
 
My hack squat warmups was 5-10 reps every plate on the way up to 7-8 plates…

The crippler was 10 reps strip a plate…10 reps strip a plate… all the way down to whatever…

I usually trained alone so I would lock the machine unload a plate and immediately get back on. Maybe 10 seconds rest

On days when I didn’t wantto walk, I would do two rounds.
 
Back to the title of this thread… Since I quit quad shots…my leg workouts have gone through the roof persay… And that drol has been a huge help… Had my best squat session in a long time… Everything felt light…just the past two weeks alone I’ve added 100 plus pounds in compound movements… Turning these chicken legs into something worth walking on… Its a damn shame I should of quit them earlier. I know a lot of y’all love quad shots but for me… I’ve lost massive gains pinning these little boys because of the ease of injection…
 
I’m telling ya bro… definitely sucks… I should definitely have at least 10 lb of muscle per leg… That’s why all I show is body shots…🤣🤣🤣

@PHD and I just killed legs this afternoon … insane workout going to post it. If you guys are up for it, try it out and let us know what you think. Here is the workout, Eat your guts out guys. Depends on the equipment. Anywhere from 105lbs to 125. Hammer strength is 105 I know for sure.
 
Cialis does that to me if I take it too many days in a row. Fucks me up. Now I can take blue pills every day and it doesn’t cause the same issues. But what you described is my Cialis pump. It’s almost crippling to me. 😅
