First off it’s sad that this is coming to it online. Dallas would have easily been Mr Olympia one day for sure. He was a great person that brought alot to an industry that was getting pretty shitty.
Nic Trigili is another IFBB pro that has known Dallas for a long time and a close personal friend of his and the family. Nic called out Aaron on Facebook about the exploitation of his death.

Nic is right on alot of points. They haven’t known Dallas but less then a year and he has only been seeing Ashley for a few months.
Aaron has also been known as a shady mother fucker in the industry. The same day Dallas died Aaron and Ashley wasted no time in opening a Florida non profit (not approved by IRS as this takes months). The Dallas McCarver Foundation is registered to the same office as Redcon1 in Florida.

Because of the way they styled the paperwork. This means Aaron, Ashley and Eduardo Silva can be paid legally from any proceeds of the donations.
It should be noted they can legally only accept money from Florida as they are not approved in other states or the IRS. This is where Aaron is using his promo sale with a discount code from buying t-shirts and supplements from Redcon1 and he can donate money back to himself as director of the foundation.
I know if someone I cared about died I wouldn’t be rushing to collect money and make t-shirts to sell within the first 24 hours. This is in my opinion completely disrespectful to Dallas and his family.
Also if they truly wanted a foundation to help kids, why didn’t they get his family involved instead of just using his name?
Anyways I thought it was important to write and let people judge for themselves. I’m personally with Nic on this matter that it’s too soon and they are exploiting his death. @UGMain
