December 27th edition diets n training

Good morning to all. Breakfast was a cheese steak cheese n lots a pepper.Protein shake,strawberries,water coffee.Going to bait our stands,and do a little painting work.Gonna do bis n tris later.Hope everyone has a great week.Appreciate the small things in life
 
Breakfast was samo… trying to finish rearranging/cleaning up the gym
 
Had ham
Sad which comic for lunch. Was high to start 8 ius today but decided to wait till next eeek when back on regual schedule and diet is cleaned up
 
I’m pretty resistant to caffeine now. Doesn’t do shit no matter how much I take. I can drink a large energy drink right before bed and fine.
 
Surprisingly even when using stims heavy caffiene would get me. I try and only use in heavy leg days now so it’s affects hit at
Gym. If I feel it diminishing I will stop use for two weeks
 
Went to sign up for pl meet in February but I think it falls on work weekend so that might not work for me thought to use vac time when I have to use 12 to have full day off
 
Did cardio this morning, I feel so filthy… food wise, 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 chicken breakfast sausage, oats with 1/2 scoop whey. Meal 2 7 oz chicken thighs, 100 g Brussels sprouts, 150 (cooked) g basmati rice, 1/4 tbsp EVOO, snack 8 oz OJ, 3 egg whites, 1 scoop whey. Last meal, leftovers. Prob 8 oz Prime Rib, and what ever is left of Green Beans and Cheesy Potatoes
 
Today for lunch decided to try hospital cafeteria. …… well it hasn’t changed since I was a kid. They upgrade everything else but not the food. Yuck waste of calories. Reminds me of jail food. @NeuroRN in all your travels to different hospitals in different lands have any of them had good food?
 
Trained chest and triceps before work. Had protein shake with a banana then 2 eggs, some whites with home fries and turkey sausage for breakfast.
 
Morning boys, woke up sick yet again and of course it was after being exposed for the millionth time so back for more swabs. If it isn’t Covid this time I’ve got to be immune. Bigger question is why do I keep getting these little infections?
 
I’ve seems to be prone to shit since working thirds and having shit sleep pattern
 
There’s one in auburn that used to just be run by local folks instead of a food service company and it was good. But they went with one of those big companies and it all sucked.
