Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake,2thomas English muffins,grapes, cranberry juice,coffee.chest in a little bit.Today I am grateful for my daughters laugh,and silly putty.i hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
Training back. Having 2 eggs, egg whites, diced potatoes and turkey sausage. Protein shake and fruit after training. Shaved steak and cheese on wraps. Probably chicken and rice for dinner
Breakfast was 4 fried eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, and 2 apple toaster strudels. Had a chocolate milk and P3 for a snack. Lunch was 2 packs of sweet and spicey tuna with 2 sweet rolls. Had a peanut butter whey shake. Shaved steak, mac n cheese, and fried potatoes for supper. Hit legs. Strength day so most of everything was 5-8 reps. Mass gainer shake after. Then a big bowl of cinnamon toast crunch just before bed. Old lady fixed sugar cookies. So had 6 of those after my cereal.
