I was reading that the shock wave from that gun can kill a person. Like if your standing next to the muzzle break kind of thing. If the bullet hits anywhere on a living thing like a leg it can the shock from it will liquify the organs

I dont doubt it i shoulder it but dont put my eye on the scope but if you took the break off and did that i bet it could break a coller bone
 
I love bow hunting. Making a good kill shot tracking the blood trail. I miss it. Definitely gonna get back into it after kids are grown and out. No time for it now
 
I’m feelin pretty frustrated so far this year. I got a week before I go next state over for their rifle,gonna go shooting the 30-30 tomorrow with my dad,he’s gonna use 12ga slug

Well @John @Poppy @Cluster went hunting with wife today and no bucks. Wife past on three does. Looking for a nice buck. We have three weeks of hunting because of the county we hunt in so don’t wanna spook the bucks yet. If we don’t get any bucks by next week then it’s doe season for us. Gotta get at least four deer in the freezer. Only exception is my sons friend. It’s his first time so I told him to shoot anything that’s brown except my wife. Hahahaha. I am mentoring him now just like I did my own kids. Did the same thing for my buddy who was in Afghanistan s kid. Got him his first deer and had the pleasure to listen to the phone conversation between him and his dad. Was more rewarding then shooting a trophy buck by a long shot!!! Anyways maybe tomorrow
 
Good luck, and good mentoring. I think imgonna use my uncles 20ga slug gun,I’ve killed a bunch a deer on it already.Its got a good scope.
