Diets and training November 8th edition

No work today.My dad n I are hunting again this afternoon til dark,my patience is wearing thin,I’d really like to kill one…breakfast was poptarts,4 HB eggs no yolk,bananna,protein shake.gonna do bi n 4arms in a bit.
 
Just had some shitty grilled chicken. Ordered in and came burnt and dried. Ate it anyway cause skipped breakfast today. Will do some squats later. In a good mood because found out a new 24 hour gym is building about a block away. Will make it so much easier with my hours to train 2 times a day again.
 
International Chest Day! So I trained legs lol. Made some oatmeal pancakes and egg whites. Just ate some turkey chili with a sweet potato
 
2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast w/ cup of yogurt. Lunch is grilled chicken breast. Walked for 4 hours at work which is good. Push-ups and reflex bag work whenever I get home.
 
Eggs, whole eggs, sausages and 0 carbs this AM… protein shake @ 9 am, 8 oz smoked pork tenderloin with 135 g (cooked) jasmine rice for meal 2, 6 oz ground sirloin, 85 g sweet potato fries and 10 asparagus for meal 3. Maybe Chili for meal 4??

Last week of the cube, gotta test this Sunday which will be interesting as I’m taking my oldest daughter to the Iowa/Minnesota game this weekend. She was supposed to use my tickets and go with fuck stick, but he got wise and ended shit with her last week, so dear ol dad is taking her…
 
I fucked up the big one was on his way up the trail about sunset(about a hour ago) he caught me moving,turned around walked back the way he’d came,so annoyed with myself,then 10 mins later a little buck came up same way the other did,and I said fuck it,he’s gonna get it,stayed outta range,walked all the the past and behind me like he knew exactly how far to Stay,motherfuck.
