Diets and training time for today

Breakfast was French toast 4 pieces with syrup,strawberries,coffee water. Got a wedding today,so probably not gonna lift.Hope everyone has a great weekend
 
Usual oats n whites with coffee. Bunch of water already

Training something today

Trained shoulders and chest. Having a protein shake with a banana. Probably eating oatmeal and egg whites. Although french toast with sliced apples and powdered sugar would be a nice upgrade!
 
I woke up today,in one of those places far far away inside my head,and it couldn’t have happen on shutter day on way to a wedding,someone on her side of the family,and I am not mentally ready for a lot of people and noise,thankfully it’s outside so I can keep my distance better,like always, I got my weed pen n clonazapaem,probably won’t touch a single alcoholic drink,just stuff my face,I know these peoples budget,I should be eating nicely.
