Best breakfast I’ve had in months boys! 4 boiled eggs, slice of toast with avacado and tomatoes…and a big ole’ shot of test cyp from flash, which I must say is as smooth as I was told! Gonna beat these titties up today and go to work! Hope everyone has a great day!

All this damntalk about Mcsandwhiches had made me hungry as hell so made biscuits and turkey sausage and egg with runny yolk smear it all over egg and cover with cheese melt fry some polish ham and add that to it as well. Big ole healthy ass breakfast sandwhich. Should’ve taken picture of it but it found it’s way down my cake hole too fast
 
Well, scratch the Brussels, beef and rice… went out to lunch today with 3 of the other instructors to a little dive bar I haven’t been in for probably 10 years, had a 1/2 lb cheeseburger and fries.
 
Hahaha, I used to think that too, it’s all in how you cook them. Little onion, little bacon, salt and pepper, cast iron skillet and either a stove top or a smoker and they’re delicious.
 
Doing burger patty with cheese over rice pwo maybe some wings after got about 7 hours of sleep so feel decent. Will sleep a lot to night and wake to eat chicken
 
I got (2) chicken McGriddles and (2) hash browns. Total calorie intake 1054. With black coffee. But then I hammered out a really solid hour and fifteen minute chest routine in the gym for lunch and had a low cal high protein shake. Sometimes I just need to eat shit so I remember why I don’t eat it often. Makes my mouth feel good, but makes literally everything else feel bad. I don’t get hung up on things like that, I just keep moving.
 
Just had chciken iced honey bun and liquid Iv. About 1000 cals so it fit my macros.

Had smoked chicken wings and my son made these bacon wrapped pickles to smoke as well. I thought smoked bacon wrapped pickles…… yuck. But I tried them and to my surprise they were awesome.

Today did chest day. Went about half weight on peck deck and moved the handles two clicks back then normal. I usually do three holes back today I did five holes back to get them pecs really stretched out and man did I feel some acid build up in my pecks that I haven’t felt in a while. Then did bench and triceps.
