I had 3 eggs over easy with Kodiak high protein waffles. Dropped the baby at grandmas and told the wife to go shopping and I spent 3 hours going as hard as possible in the gym. And now I’m at Sunday dinner trying really hard to not pass out on the couch.
I fasted today until 6pm then had a bbq chicken sandwich, carrots, and some chocolate. Today was school work day. Trying out fasting to see if i like it for studying, its good but at about 5pm i had to stop do to hunger.
My wife has a bunch of these shakology bags. It’s from some workout she does on line. So I’ve been drinking those in the morning for a few weeks now. Make me gassy. got a lot of macro shit in them and 17gm of protein. Plus I mix them up with egg whites. So probably more in line with 40gms of protein. So those 2 times a day plus banana. Egg sandwich with sausage. Going to see if it is”better” than just protein powder.
