So just hit gym and no spotters heat won’t go as heavy on compound lifts I guess
 
I got four pwo coming I’m going to try nandro first then tren base shrek third then finally the mtren
 
Today did chest and tris cause I missed a few days of lifting

Bench 4x3- 405,415,425,405
Jm press sm 3x6- 250, 270,270 for 7 reps
 
I always hit reply before finished

Hammer strength incline 3x8-10- 3 plates , 3 1/4, 4 plates
Overhead rope extensions4x10- 50 on cables
Crab pose 4x12-15- 30 each cable
Incline flys 3x12- 40 db
Dips 2xfailure
Decline hammer strength 2xfaolure- 3 plates tris gave out so will do before dips next time
