SAME! fuck I got so sweaty and coughing so hard. I was almost done when it all hit. I was like keep going, pin again… ahhh just push it all! Wrong choice. I didn’t even lift today. What a rookie move.
 
I’m not using any pwo injects till at least week 8 of cycle I think.
 
I’m taking a break regardless. That shit was too wild. Lol I legit immediately felt like I had the flu.
 
Not going to lie I miss the mtren. Honestly the four week minus shoulder injury I was making so many gains even with shitty lifestyle on it

Maybe if I do pro longed cruise ruing summer I do 4 week mini cycle in middle to keep me interested hahah

Shoulder day did my hgh shot before bed last night to see how that’s going to go when I up to 4ius slept so much better looking forward to the pwo shot and then pre bed shot going forward

Db shoulder press 4x12 -70,80,90,90 feeling strong again
High rows 4x12-75 pound barbell
Rear delt cables 4x12-12.5
Side delt machine 4x12-130 with last set drop down and go to failure till just arms flapping
Cybex shoulder press neutral grip 3x20-70
Cable side lateral 2x20-15
 
No leg day today slept instead. Hope to get it in before work tomorrow. They may let us come in at regular time so would have an extra hour to hit the gym
 
Well decided on what to finish the deca cycle with going to use the yk11 I have left over from sarms dYs at 20mg a day split if it does anything good if not well I used it up. Think it will be interesting little experiment to see if one of the stronger sarms can show through on a larger cycle
 
Fuck it seems ko like I got nothing in my legs the past month I’m hoping two weeks completely clean. Going into next week will have me start to see gains again I just feel like I’m regresssing when I should progressing on squats and dead’s. Struggling with 425 on bar for squats isn’t where I want to be right now but got to keep pushing forward
 
Almost made it through leg day hi back pumps then rdls happened and fuck me
 
Trying to finish with leg extensions before shearing home to eat then work but instead I’m laying next to machine
