Squats 4x5- 375,405,415,405 trying to not push the weight up but make sure I can get all reps with good form. Don’t want to do squat mornings.
Leg press 5x12-8- 7 plates 8 plates 3 sets 9 plates for last set 8 reps
Hip thrust 4x 8- 4 plates on sm tried to go to 4 and 25 but the machine seemed to fail on me
Glute and ham raises with holding 45 till failure three sets.
Leg extensions3x15 210
Laying leg curls 3x15 130
Ended with calves no set reps just alternated legs til failure with 90 pounds till I can’t get anymore
 
As far as training split goes I believe the PPL Is the best you get to hit muscles twice as much so twice as much to grow but in the end it really depends on you right now I need my weekends for side jobs so o run one body part a day so my off day is on my meal prep Sunday however you can workout and keep a schedule in your lifestyle

Wide grip seated rows 4x12-180 on cable
Close grip lay pull down 3x12- 180 cable
Hammer iso rows set to hit mid back more3x12 3 plates each side
Hammer shrugs 3x12- 4 plates each side
Straight arm pull down with rope 3x10-70 cable
Cross body hammer 3x12 55 db
 
So pinned front delt Thursday and it’s still bothering me. First time pinning and it was tren superdrol blend should I worry. I couldn’t press wroth a shit yesterday

Yeah I posted awhile back when I put a mL of nandro base in my delt, the whole thing turned red and it was swollen. Was really quite close to going to get antibiotics. Drew a sharpie line around it to see if it was spreading.

After that I always pin Base compounds with extra MCT oil.

My shins look worse. Driving the stand up a little slower today to ease the pressure. Can’t lean back against the back rest cause it hits mid ass so I can’t take any weight if my feet and they when I’m whipping around I’m they have to press in to make shire I don’t fall out. Live you learn
