Leg press 5x12-8- 7 plates 8 plates 3 sets 9 plates for last set 8 reps
Hip thrust 4x 8- 4 plates on sm tried to go to 4 and 25 but the machine seemed to fail on me
Glute and ham raises with holding 45 till failure three sets.

Ended with calves no set reps just alternated legs til failure with 90 pounds till I can’t get anymore
