It definitely will but decline and incline I love military press while sitting will make your upper body grow fast but you can hurt yourself easily.
I have trouble with flatbench unless im using dumbbells I can use a barbell but it hurts my arm

Yeah I used hammer decline then finished with lower weight crab pose really got the blood pumped in there. I’m loving the size but look forward to what I will oook like when I shave some weight off again
 
Thinking of trying military press Friday try low weight to see if it’s common for table cause I want to stay in 8-12 rep range and the missing dbs at gym are killing me
 
Yeah brother for guys like us military press really makes us look bigger. Just use light weight because it will compress your back and you can hurt your neck if you can do it standing and use perfect form with light weight and increase slowly you will get big with traps wings shoulders everything up top blows up
 
Was doing 250 for 6 on ohp right before I injured myself. That mtren was adding the strength like crazy probably too good can’t wait to try it again when I have life dialed in
