These past two weeks have sucked but I’ll atleast get three days in each. So could be worse. Eyes almost look normal. Got her family Christmas tonight goig to try and get back workout in if not to deenergized.

So just light work today hope to restart heavy shit on legs Tuesday give full week

Ok the road to 8 reps for 500 is here again eyes willing. They look good see no reason issues today got sleep even though I wake every 2 hours to pee I’m feeling decently rested
 
Back pumps got me today but I hit six reps then two eye a little puffy but. It bad.
Sldl 405 for sets of 6 leg extensions and we done for day not the best lag day but I haven’t had real one in like 3 weeks

I think the extra weight in belly isn’t helping me haha. Felt good though to get through a leg day

270mgs .3ml 3 times a week it 300 mg ml I like easy maths. Should maintain a good amount even with little
Cut I plan on about 12-15 pounds next month think I’ll look pretty good if I get to 280 before cycle then try and just add lean mass

I would think losing some weight would improve your insulin sensitivity and allow for a large rebound afterwards. You always hear about a huge rebound effect with body builders after dieting for a show anyways.
 
John meadows believed that even if not competing it was good to a cut each year for growth. I just want to cut some fat then add muscle and slowly do that each year. Till I’m 300 and lean
