Yes he did. I personally got a lot out of his training videos but I watched them all. He was one of those guys that no one ever had a bad thing to say about him and there just aren’t many people like that.

Jm press 3x8-290,340,290 felt like I got best concentration with the 290 340 chest got in old so backed down
Cable ex bar curls 5x8-65,72.5,80,87.5x2

May try and get shoulders in late not having great day relationship wise. Spend time with pops and do meal prep. Try and start to get back to day time sleeping.

It was written so it shall be done. Figure start with 10 mm belt get used to it and if I feel I need 13 I can get another later. Will take time to get used to it but ready for better bracing
 
Yeah but be used them in past but always went flimsy. The only time I wore thick one was for Hollywood hogan cos play hahha
 
I thought triceps wouldn’t be limiting factor in ohp day after heavy triceps but nope shitty form is killing me. Struggles with 225 today for 6 reps each time. Again it’s not strength just techni he and form only 4 th time in past year and three weeks since last press
