Yes he did. I personally got a lot out of his training videos but I watched them all. He was one of those guys that no one ever had a bad thing to say about him and there just aren’t many people like that.

It was written so it shall be done. Figure start with 10 mm belt get used to it and if I feel I need 13 I can get another later. Will take time to get used to it but ready for better bracing
I thought triceps wouldn’t be limiting factor in ohp day after heavy triceps but nope shitty form is killing me. Struggles with 225 today for 6 reps each time. Again it’s not strength just techni he and form only 4 th time in past year and three weeks since last press
