From work just took my xtane I’m holding a lot of water maybe 10 pounds worth right now. Positive note I’m currently trying to figure time when I can “hangout” with a younger coworker who works opposite shift. Had my eye on her since she started as temp on first. Being on oppose shift would make hooking uo harder to do but also if it ended less awkward. She knows I’m not going for relationship. In fact she told me I I shouldn’t even try to date currently gray out of break up. That when I mentioned I wa really only looking for post date activities haha
 
Todays a glorious day 635 for five last rep was a grinder but felt good coming off floor gojg foward dead’s anything less than five reps no straps and all accessory work is back to no straps as it’s lower reps again 8 reps for heavy movements is max honelaty only difference I feel is make sure to pull with elbow not hands

Yeah probably run with those for the next twelve weeks. With taking my ai this morning I could see me drying out as the workout progressed

I didn’t make gym just aslept again. Almost 8 hours today and again feel like shit. Body is used to either 5 or 12 hours haha. Well at least I’m one ateo closer to getting dick wet with chick.
 
493 on bar haven’t done 5 plates on bench since November maybe hit tht easy as fuck like it’s possible I had 5 in me. Sticking with plan and doing drop set then accessories no need to test date and get injured. 550 coming for max I can feel it next week

The 5 plates second rep I was worried then i remembered it’s only three reps I s don’t have to conserve and busted the third out easier than second I know I had fourth but stay with program abs not try and injure myslef

Lat raise as3x15-65/10 moved up weight on bottom lowered reps with now wor till I get 20 on both then move up on top half

I almost just want to keep going with this 2 g of test as I feel great. But tren is whispering that well Lea you out for the summer big boy make you look good for the ladies.
