Ok well now that the meet is over I’m onto cruise of .2 ml I say that cuase right now it’s 250 but will be switching to 300 and keep volume the same. Let’s see if I can just get some nice muscle maturity going during this phase. Not expecting much growth perse. But just really get these muscles a bit more work and move my baseline strength so when I do next prep I make a good progress again

Not good kissed all the squats on technicality’s bench 520 dead hit opener 650 then missed 700 twice technicalities. Got grip trainers so I so have slippage and will work in following commands and dept th for squat
