Dirts cruise with stops at hypertrophy bay and maybe fall meet cove

Back in gym for legs im not going to do dead or squats this montht give the spine a break. I mean there only like two weeks till vaca so just hit the other stuff kill them softly
 
Standing leg curls 3x15-100
Family fitness leg press 3x12-310
Leg extensions 3x15-170. Then body weight squats till fail

That’s it’s that’s all I feel like it was hardest leg day I’ve done in a few a weeks haha

Forgot to dd back workout

Bb rows 3x8-315 was using hook grip going to try and see if I can get my grip better using hook
Lat pull down 3x12 using medium mag grip-200,220,180. Man the hand position with the mags
Really allows me
To pull mor in front an shut lats better not as much the middle of the back was so pumped after this
Mid back rows 3x14-160 really let the arm protract and spread back nice and slow with these
Hammer iso row for kind of diagonal row 2x12-100
Cable rear delts 3xfail -12.5
 
Chest is super sore today I’m not expecting huge growth right now but the added reps shoudl get me something. Even on just test. As my volume was shot for the last 2 months heading into meet
 
Chest
Wide grip bench 3x8-365 will be 405 by October I feel pause on first rep then just controlled
Machine fly 3x12-210,250,190 will stick
To 210 next time went heavy and to much shoulder involved trying to isolate
Incline machine 3x15-90 each arm
Dip pad push down 3x12-15 160
 
I’ve also come to realization me just going through
Motions is harder than 90% if the gym

Arm day was nice being fresh for workout and getting it done before 4 pm
 
Must have been shutting hard Saturday woke up with a hemmyon Sunday felt sore so I asked girl what she did to me in my sleep May push my leg day till toMoorow so heat today in stead
 
Ok up in air on gym I feel I should go but sitting hurts and I don’t want to strain. But I know mentally if I just go do a few machines I’ll be happier
