Was going to do anavar instead of another injectable but I can always add that in later if feeling like it

I try and out thought into cycles just so I can do catchy thread title jk. Im not too upset about going straight to another cycle and I don’t feel the need to do the eq terribly high at the moment just enough for a little help on not getting to bloated looking. I’ll come off cycle sept and the. Then fo thought the holidays off cycle so I’m not as worried a

Ok so I struggled to get out of bed. After having week off and then getting sick I just wanted to keep sleeping so got an extra 40 minutes then said fuck it I got to get to gym today. So did first shot I’m finishing off the last 4 ml of dhb so it’s like kick off of sorts for eq haha. Damn near 3ml in butt today. I think I’ll do bench only and reallg start to work on my pause and keeping butt down
 
It’s crazy how much less you can when all paused reps and making sure to not lift off bench. But the next 9 weeks this is the only way to bench. Numbers don’t matter if I get red lighted

Bench 2x5-425 I’ll go up to 445 next week I hope when feeling a little more energetic
Westside db triceps not sure what to call them. Lay on ground drake dumbell on ground above head and then tomahawk it up haha. 3x10-50
Lat raise 3x20-65/15
Machine fly 2x12-305
Dips 3x12/fail
 
Yep it’ll me my triceps movement on heavy bench days starting next week I’ll squat and bencxh in Monday do back Tuesday curls wends day then jms on Thursday with shoulders thrown in Friday will be dead’s and pause squats going to four days of powder lift movements. Mor reat days abs really focuse in the high three not too many accessories Maybe 2 extra movements
 
Basically stripping down my lifting to just the lifts I need so I rest more and get kore volume on the three that count. Well less volume on dead’s cause I need less there

I think I regret entering meet. I feel kind of burnt out. I don’t want to live where I do anymore I don’t want to work thirds anymore. I’m not happy wi th social life. I used to atleast look forward to the gym but that feels more like a second job now than something I enjoy
