We’ll never got a response so I just did 1/10 of vial seems like that’s a good dose to start what ever it is. First push day
Weighted dips 135 2x6
Hammer incline press 155 3x8. Amazing how doing these second affect strength so much strength was down on everything but dips and thag was first time I did 3 plates. View attachment 18913

Well now that I got my fuck up out of the way I’m refocused and ready to lift. I ordered some 5ml syringes so I can go above 3 I don’t see me going higher than 4ml though

Tried to use 5ml syringe today doubt that is option could barely push the plunger in will try again tomorrow and if it’s the same I’m not sure what to do with the other 23 of them

I came off all gear and haven’t been working out as I had tried to get my lungs right. But the fear doesn’t seem to be issue so eq bout to start back up. I’m fucking just a shell of myself and I hate it. I’m meeting with somebody on Friday to start my journey in my work self work. It’s time to go into the shadows and really get to the bottom of things

Confession to make the past couple of weeks I had a bad relapse on coke. I did so good for 3 years but I evemtyaly found a guy with good coke here and it got ugly again. I wasn’t doing as much but it was heading that direction. Luckily for me I either have people that really care about me I n my life if or my crazy ness from lack of sleep I vented them contacting me

You really have transformed from the pictures I saw of you in the past. You have a lot more muscle and a lot lower body fat! You look outstanding!!! Good job!
I hope you can get the toxic people out of your life. I watched my old roommate drop a ton of money on coke. It’s such a nasty addiction! I’ll pray that you’re doing better now! One day at a time, Big Man! Just do your Best and take it one day at a time! I had to avoid anyone and everyone that did opiates and crystal to stay clean. I knew they would tempt me if I was around them. They would always offer dope to me to be polite. They didn’t want to be rude or greedy/selfish. That was their mindset. They didn’t mean to harm me. But I had to stay away completely. It was the only way to stay clean. I hope you’re okay!
