I know we need carbs to build muscle and protein…They go hand and hand? But if we are in gear can we get away with less carbs to build muscle? Also does gear prevent muscle breakdown so we can lift and do a little a little extra cardio without burning muscle mass?

Point of steroid weren’t you build muscle but to prevent muscle wasting. That’s the same reason sarms are being researched now they are looking for more selective ways to treat that. Techniacally some steroids are considered a sarm I believe tren is
I function on 100-150ish grams of carbs a day. That includes everything… I squated yesterday on 65g prior. Sometimes I get high some days inadvertently.

A sarm is techically anything more selective in anabolism than testosterone.
Sarms as in lgd4033, ostarine are non-steroidal sarms so they dont have a 4 carbon ring like testosterone. Instead they are similat to serms like nolvadex.
What do you th j k steroids attach to. The androgen receptors when we say sarms we are referring to non steroidal sarms but steroids that lets say don’t effect prostate are selective in the tissues they go to
