Those are the best tests they can give extremely accurate in the laboratory and you know that you give multiple samples that get tested individually just incase you use a masking agent which will usually only last 36-72hrs and then they test the second sample.
Plus its blood and urine atleast when I was taking them it was and at that time they were starting to try and push for hair folic testing
