is it cooked eggwhites or raw?..honestly i have never tried raw eggs is that thee best way to have eggs? does heating or cooking changes the composition of the protein and makes it harder for cell assimilation?.. or whats the reason?
The only egg whites you can drink are the liquid ones that are already pasteurized. If you crack an egg and drink the whites you won’t get the benefit. I used to replace milk with them and eat lucky charms in them pwo lol tasted really good.
Hmm that goes against most of the reading I’ve done on getting more nutrients out of a whole raw egg. Can you provide with something that backs up what you said?
I jus did more researching n found that most of the good nutrients are in the yolk and the whites are mostly proteins, and that your body may only absorb 50% of that protein but cooked your body may absorb 80% …
Yep, thats why you use the liquors pasteurized ones like I mentioned, so you get the most out of it. Where as you wouldn’t cracking an egg and using those egg whites that hadn’t been cooked.
I see that now, after I responded to you, I was like dam it, let me better research it, so I hurried that way I could save some pride n prove myself wrong before you did… ha ha
but even if u cant taste it raw eggs would have an ambiant odor that you could kinda smell which would almost trick u into thinking u can taste it lol!..i tried it my roomie did it and said the same thing and had me try it and i coulf smell thd raw it was in chocolate mass shake…and because i could smell it made it gross like i could taste it but yet i really couldnt…it was wierd lol!!
I make banana panckces (sort of) with egg whites. I use coctco egg whites, around half a carton… 1 mashed up banana… cinnamon. Whip all together and pour as you would pancakes … nice little variation! Little low sugar syrup and you are in business, nice weekend treat!
