I have to use sleeves on leg day. My knees are shot. They’re just a cheepo kind and maybe it’s psychological but It really makes a difference for me.

I’m looking at the Mark Bell stuff and he has a 5mm and a 7mm. The 5mm sounds like it’s more for warmth but the 7mm has compression. I don’t really care about the compression just looking for additional support, especially in the elbow.
