There’s really no magic ratio and you probably want to remember that different people have different goals. Framing it in terms of “the right ratio” is missing the point because one guy’s magic ratio might be different than another.
Try framing it like this instead: when you take test, you’re gonna get side effects at one dosage or another. You have no way of personally knowing what side effects you’ll have on a given dose or ratio until you try it.
Imho what you want to do if you’re looking for the most gains possible is figure out how much test you can run without problematic sides or excessive estrogen management and then add other compounds on top of THAT so you can optimize for the best balance of comfort/QoL vs gains for your goals.
For example, let’s say you run 600mg of test per week and find that you’re managing estrogen fine and don’t have sides. Dope. Add more test. Now you’re at 800 with no sides. So you add another 200 to put you at 1g. Now you’re starting to maybe see estrogen issues, so you back it down to 800 and then add something else that doesn’t aromatize as readily. In your case, that’s EQ.
I prefer not to frame stuff like this in terms of hard answers or numbers because everyone is different. The key thing is to figure out what stack is going to get you to your goals as efficiently as possible.
This is why I don’t run traditional cycles right now per se: I’m still in the process of figuring out what my eventual stack that I’ll put on repeat for a long time will be.
