How/what do you eat on your deloads?

More or less calories? Are macros different?

Training legs in a little bit. Then it’s the usual protein shake and banana. Then another taco bowl. Tomorrow I’ll finally eat something different lol

Hit my first day of quad don 1.0! And holy fuck man it was amazing! Just had some sirloin steak tho and homemade Keto quaso. here’s a video of my legs after! The blood was pumping baby!

I just had a boiled chicken breast with rice-o-roni low sodium, and boiled peas, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
Today I did giant sets of biceps, triceps, and delts with bands at home for a little over an hour.
I started HGH today. I took 2ius subcutaneously upon waking, 2ius intramuscularly immediately post workout, and I’ll take another 2ius subcutaneously before bed. My plan was to do 4ius a day but today I was excited and did more. Haha 😂

Intramuscular HGH has a higher absorption rate of around 70% and a higher peak but shorter duration.
Subcutaneous HGH has a lower absorption rate of around 50% with a lower serum HGH peak but it’s sustained longer.
Subcutaneous injection has a higher conversion to IGF1. Higher levels IGF1 will help increase fat loss which is what I’m looking for.
Post workout I want a high HGH peak and faster delivery to the muscles to aid with recovery/healing:
While I sleep I want a long sustained HGH release so subQ is the way to go.
