Gym @ 5am. 60g low cal protein shake, 3 egg whites on rye toast with Swiss cheese turkey and hot sauce. Black iced coffee. Duck breast with Thai rice for lunch(best in Brooklyn), dinner is gnocchi with vodka sauce and meatballs.
