Good fuckin morning.Breakfast was plain can a tuna,2 pancakes,strawberries,water,coffee.Probably not
lifting.Slept like shit past two nights.Gonna go work a few hours.Then be a lazy bum the rest of the day.We are doin venison kielbasa,homemade pierogies,veggie for dinner.
 
Hell yes. Saturday is our new traditional leg day cause belt squat is in friends barn gym and we get together have guy time and lift heavy shit with our legs.
 
Oh btw. It’s 8 degrees outside so even with the woods stove in the barn it ain’t gonna be more than 20. It’ll be like Rocky working out in Russia.
 
Have snow on floor and squat machine from feet. Up to a balmy 28 degrees now from 10.

10’sets 10 belt squats. Set 1 -7 185. Set 8 195 set 9& 10 205.

Started doing calves then left hammy got all tight done!!
