Breakfast was 3 slices of bacon, 3 whole eggs, hashbrowns with cheese and ketchup, 4 pieces of raisin wheat toast, waffle, and grits. Followed by a shake. Pasta fixed with ground bison for lunch. Another shake and Drumsticks laid out for dinner. Not sure of sides yet at the moment. No training today. Wednesdays and Sundays are my off days. So I’ll eat and nap the majority of today.
