I had a similar experience with acid in the 70’s…extremely bad trip/overdose. I know how it happened. I still get occasional flashbacks. My sister sat up with me for a couple of days.
 
So it comes down to discipline,not the meal itself,and I’m not judging my diet has been shit lately,I’m not eating enough,and I haven’t been strict with my sodium intake,lost 10-12 lbs with covid,barely working out, haven’t ran a cycle since June.
 
Pre workout, 1 cup gummy bears. Post workout, more gummy bears and Whey mixed with 3 egg whites and chocolate milk. Breakfast, 4 whites, 2 whole, 2 Turkey Bacon, 1 chicken breakfast sausage, 60 g rolled oats. Mid day 6.5 oz 96/4 ground beef, 180 g rice, 125 g Brussels, mid afternoon high protein bar, tonight, 4 oz chicken, 3 oz 96/4 beef, 2 cups mixed salad, 56 g tortilla chips.
Workout today was dynamic effort upper. Banded bench press, incline dumbbell press hell sets, pull downs superset with dumbell overhead presses, and vBar pushdowns superset with pull down machine face pulls and alt DB curls.
 
Well shit, I broke down for dinner and had my first cheat meal since Christmas. I wasn’t feeling right mentally so I did it. Tomorrow it’s back on the diet. My mind feels better after that pizza, chocolate, Doritos, and a cherry coke. Haha 😀
