FEBUARY 25TH ISSUE OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Good morning all. Small breakfast,4 turkey sausage and a banana,water.. then I went to gym to tire flip for 20 minutes.about to make a real breakfast then do chest.
Breakfast will be cinnamon raisin bagel,toasted light butter,5 pieces of bacon,strawberries,peach chobani,coffee.Then I'm gonna do chest n shoulders.Lunch will be leftover chic parm,a salad,and milk n water.Dinner will be whatever my daughter picks so KFC or Thai food.Today I am grateful for all the little things in my life such as,chobani,baby wipes,qtips,etc.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Did what I could for legs today. More women than usual at the gym and you may be thinking "that's not a bad thing" unless you're trying to do legs yourself and every single piece of equipment is practically taken! Oh well. Breakfast was bobs redmill granola, egg whites and milk. Protein shake and fruit. Chobani and almonds. Chicken breast with satay sauce. Probably cheeseburgers again for dinner, maybe a Shepards pie if I'm motivated
 
Quads and calves today. Been pushing the volume up every week. I hit 250lbs this week which is the heaviest I’ve been. Will probably be cutting it close to weight cap come November but we will worry about that when we get there!

250 nice bigboy...biggest I ever was is about 227,I was happy but,I was slower overall,I like to think I'm light n quick,I'd like to be around 205-210

Haha I definitely don’t feel very fast. I think my perfect mix of strength and speed was around 220-225.
 
The way I look at it is,if your big you better be strong,and if your small,you better be quick.
