So 8 weeks later, finally got 75% range back in my left shoulder. Pain is 6. I’ve gone through Cortisone shot. Trigger point spot injections. Chiropractor adjustment and ART. Anyways. My point is if you have pain, don’t think you can “fix” it. I haven’t been to the gym consistently in that 8 weeks. No back or chest or shoulder workout. Gone from 255 to about 240 pounds. But. Hopefully May I will jump back in. I will get myself up to par FIRST before I cycle. Looking forward to the gym. You don’t realize how important gym is to your wellbeing until it’s taken away.
