Unless you medically need your DHT lowered systemically for some reason drop it and never touch it again.
Nothing good, besides temporary regrowth of hair which will fall back out when you stop, comes from lowering dht across the board.
Gyno, long term infertility,ED, etc etc.
Think about taking an AI low dose continuously for some obscure reason? It sounds silly when we think of it with something like estrogen. But you’re suppressing a necessary hormone for the sake of your hair line. I cannot say enough negative things about it.
