To start things out, 31 Male 208lb. I’m fit, with room for improvement. Never done anabolics or PCT. The only relatable performance-enhancing drugs I’ve done are modafinil and adderall. I do have a past drug history, but that is years ago, and don’t find it relevant to my health conditions, other than maybe a few lost brain cells. The short story, cut drugs, clean for 5 years, started experimenting and found a schedule of adderall for the day, and THC at night, has helped with insomnia and ADD at work. With some off weeks depending on work/life demands.

I’m not surprised by my bloodwork after spending some time understanding what everything means. But I’m curious to know other’s thoughts, especially around the important stuff, like should I consider doing a full cycle, or just PCT? I feel like if I were to do anything, those would probably be the two to consider. But being honest with myself, I probably will try a cycle at least once.

I’m ready to experiment with my body and keep a consistent log of the results. I’m open to getting more detailed bloodwork in the future, given anyone has some good input on what I should keep track of and how often.

Glucose 100mg/dL
Slightly high, but could have waited an hour before testing, and probably would be in normal ranges. Not really concerned about it.

Estradiol, 30pg/mL
The labs say it’s “high”, but I’m not in a panic about it.

Hemoglobin, 17.2g/dL
I take adderall, and today I learned amphetamines can cause elevated hemoglobin. Or simple dehydration can cause it. Might be a combination of both. Again not really worried about it, as there are no other abnormal numbers to indicate something is wrong.

Lipid Panel
High CHOL/HDLC Ratio 5.6
Low HDL 26mg/dL
High LDL 142mg/dL
This will be something I’ll need to focus on, but makes sense, and continuing my recent low-fat diet should help this. It’s been a long road from gorging on cakes, fast-food, fried junk, and soda. September, eliminated fast-food. December, excess sugar from soda and sweets. But I was still eating lots of fried food, butter, bacon, sausage. Only a couple of weeks ago, I’ve reduced my fat intake mostly to get rid of those leftover fat spots (love handles lol). I feel this will resolve itself if I continue my path.

What do you mean by a full cycle or pct? A pct should come AFTER every cycle,not one or the other…
 
I mean a full cycle, being anabolics followed by a PCT, or just try a PCT to lower my estrogen, raise my natural testosterone.
 
Sounds like you’re doing great leading up to your cycle. Keep dropping weight the more the better I dropped 60lbs before starting its a good move. Your feeling like you want to go enhanced that makes sense your grown and you got your blood work but jump on trt if you have low levels with the doctor if you don’t have low levels running a cycle of testosterone and having an AI and pct ready to go plus the other supplies needed basically just be ready for anything because everyone reacts different. The most important thing is diet and I see that you already have that going so once enhanced just adjust your diet to fit your goals its the most important thing good luck and good gains brother

The one thing is I also wanted to let you know I have some mental illness also gear is going to make that come to the surface strong it did to me atleast.

It is a good callout about the mental illness being exacerbated, thankfully I do have close friends I talk to about this stuff and will call out any problems I might not realize firsthand.
 
Your 31 and test levels of 781? Wow. Your red cell count is high as well. It’s almost like a TRT level regiment. This is usually what my bloods look like on TRT and where I hover around on TRT. what did your doc say about the RBC count? I would be interested in what he had to say. I mean this almost looks like my blood work. And high estrogen too? You sure your not taking pro hormones or any SARMS?
 
Welcome aboard. Couple things right off the bat
1- get that glucose under control. That’s too high unless you are before the test?
2- donate blood. RBC is also very high.
3- increase omega 3 fatty acid to help improve HDL. Try 3 grams per day split over 3 meals
 
I just bought the lab work, didn’t see a doctor. I don’t know if I’d feel comfortable sharing an exact list of drugs I’ve done when I was 18-24, but it was of the narcotics/stimulants of substances. Then pretty much cut almost cold turkey, completely off of weed and alcohol in a few months, still vaped nicotine from 25-29, quit that, and then started experimenting off and on with adderall and THC oil. That’s pretty much my entire drug history. Since heavy deadlines are over at work, I’ve been looking at cutting the adderall again for a month.

Only a couple months ago I started committing heavily to working out and gram counting my diet. And just the past couple weeks cutting down my fat intake.

I fasted for almost exactly 12hr’s before the test, and it was recommended 12-14hr fast.

donating blood, I might consider it again just cause I’ve slowly been curving my phobia of needles. Yes I get woozy and light headed around needles, maybe a story for the Anything goes section the time I pass out trying to stick test in my muscle lol.

For the Omega 3 fatties, you are more than likely right, now that I think of it, my diet had a lot more fish in it when I was living in a coastal town, now I live inland and hasn’t been as common. I will note that in my diet.

I had a 828 test level before i started at 28. Good to see i wasint something speical . Some people told me not to go on aas with a level like that .

Your HCT is about were mine is on cycle.

I’m going to be looking into things that aide cholesterol, mine is high also . sucks when the main things listed to aide that are exersize and eat healthy . things we already do. But the compounds we can run, will effect all your starting stats negatively.
 
For your lipids, google “healthy lipid bundle”

Berberine
Meriva
I have naturally high LDL and this keeps it at 200 which for me is awesome. I’ve gotten as high as 350

You know, this is the first time I’ve been suggested a supplement, that actually contains the compounds used in treating diseases like prediabetes and high cholesterol. I will take this suggestion seriously. Thanks a lot!
 
What out with that chloestrol, take some supplements. Niacin XR, citrus bergamot for supplements. And better diet, but it looks like your working on it.
 
That bundle is legit. Many of today’s pharmaceutical are derived from them
