Flash Order Issue Assistance

Hey all - hoping someone can help me out.

Opened a support ticket, but not hearing back from anyone on it. I know there was some site issues, and sure that caused the problem for Flash and the team.

On another note - received my first TD from Flash for another a few days ago and the quality compared to another UGL is so much better. No PIP, and the color difference between the products are night and day difference. Brings a tear to my eye each time LOL

I’ll ask Flash to check support tickets but I know he does 3 times a day at least. Try opening another one and I’ll message him now to keep an eye out.

You might have caught the site when it was glitching. They’re a reputable firm and will make it right.
