Good Morning UG monday 😇

Leg Day:
1 - stiff leg feadlift
2 - hip trust
3 - leg curl
4 - glute press
5 - leg press
6 - seat calf
7 - cardio :biking_man:

Anavar done last caps left for lunch and thats it, im thinking that was too short :hugs: but still that was nice ride. I took 75 mg peer day, next time i will try 100 or 125 mg. Thank you Flash for that VAR 💪

Gym after sunday 🥴

— rye flour — 50g
— sweetener — how much you want
— baking powder — teaspoon
— cinnamon — teaspoon
— cacao — teaspoon
— whey protein — 2 scoops
— cottage cheese — 120g
— greek yogurt — 120g
— blueberries - how much you want

You mix everything together, only the berries stay for later, You pour everything into the container, put berries on top and put in the oven and wait 30 min take out, eat enjoy
 
You have pic on the top its a bike before i did treadmill and steps but my low back hurts me after so i change for that bike and its great now 😉

That’s the exact reason I use the bike and elliptical it helps keep my injuries from effecting me. I can’t use the treadmill because of the constant pressure on my knees.
