I use to split my orals and after talking to my coach he said that’s useless your body doesn’t break orals down like that. It’s doesn’t spike your blood levels like an injection would. Plus I’d always forget to take them. I don’t know all the scientific breakdown of it. Burr wrote something up about that.
@John Mtren is aweful. I tried it 2 times to just see what the fuss was about. I felt like complete ass. First time I did full dose of 2mg inj. 2nd I did .5mg injection both times felt like complete ass. Not to mention how toxic that it is on ur liver. I’m competing and I wouldn’t touch that shit at all my last 3-4 weeks as it’s suggested and I wouldn’t suggest anyone here use it either. It’s designed to get that grainy hard look but dieting does that and hard fucking training.
BF is good to go. I’m just looking to cut/rip down below 10%, and have something that will aid in the last bit of stubborn fat, and increase vascularity.
I am new to enhanced world, but never believed in “dirty” bulk cycles, and try to stay semi-leaned out with diet cycle.
That’s one of my main problems is forgetting to take it. I’ve been good this run but it be great to take my daily dose pre workout in the am I’ll try to find the study and elaborate if I can.
Ooooh…Taking the full dose of VAR before workout, versus half, would be interesting. I am pretty good about not missing doses, but all at once makes it simpler.
I take all my orals in am with a meal (if on empty stomach can cause severe heartburn) I work out in the evenings. They don’t spike like injectables do
Your right, and I’m not using it again, I liked the way I felt at the gym, but I went from using it as pwo 2x a week to using it everyday at the gym,then it sucked.
No way, I most likely will never be a fatass, I can eat all day, anything I want, I’m basing it mostly on genetics everyone in my family is small both parents, and sisters, so I am never cutting, don’t need to.
I have found that my age has finally caught up with me. While I am lean I do have a keg growing on me. But that’s my own fault. Weekends I destroy all the good work I’ve done all week with carbs. Sugars. Booze. And waaay too much fat. And booze. I do like red wine and fancy sugary drinks. Like blood orange martinis or espresso martinis.
