About 1/3. The yolk has more to the vitamins and fats you want. If you’re cutting up then drop the yolks. If bulking take them. If you have problems with macros or other health issues you to need to monitor then do what I do sometimes and eat some full eggs and some whites together.
That’s what I figured about 2 grams. 6 in one large egg supposedly. If I do do a log I just want to make sure I’m counting right cuz I do throw my macros in too besides the workouts… ( Yes I said do do)…
