For the 4th please listen to Aaron Lewis's new release

Listened and liked it. I feel like he came out really strong with “country boy” and maybe set the bar a little too high. But yeah, still good. I remember seeing him open for Korn in 1999 with Staind. Man has come a long way since then.

@JLee and @Symarip85 I only got to see them once and I loved the bagpipes and they did the wall there version.
I was super hyped I really love korn not my favorite but definitely a top.
I was banging on people back then I was truly crazy it was madness but amazing time.

I’ve been much more Waylon and Willie and Coe in recent years because I’ve calmed down a lot but I get it. My amped up bars and boxing years were a lot of NYHC and metal.

Yeah but never beyond a gym sparring. But I have a cobra bag in my home gym that I use daily. I’ve been on and off for almost 20 years. Kickboxing too. Tried bjj but if I’m being honest, my ground game is trash.

I love it all but was getting too old for live sparring. BJJ is more manageable for me

Im surprised you get stretched alot more lol maybe that helps because your head is still getting hit I remember a pic not so long ago

I always think I’ll get into BJJ when I’m older. Anthony Bourdain started in his 50s. So did Joey Diaz. I’ll definitely revisit it in the future.

I’ve been lead to believe yoga and bjj are great for maintaining mobility as you get older. I’m thinking 45 might be a good time to get into it. Maybe get my daughter involved so she can strangle anybody that tests her metal.

I couldn’t agree more about getting your daughter involved its amazing for kids and then especially young women I grew up with a girl and I was told she new and practiced bjj 2 guys started touching her before we could even get to her she already had them both on the ground she kicked one and fucked up the other I was amazed.
Then I learned about the Gracie’s and that made me understand alot

That family is legendary. I figured it’s either bjj or Krav Maga. I like the forms that address combat regardless of weight class where it concerns woman especially my own daughter.

I think Krav Maga is not the best for police because a lot of it is no quarter and you don’t want second nature for those fellas to be blinding someone or stomping on the back of someone’s neck. That stuff is designed to put someone down with zero regard to their future well being. Good for a 17 year old out in the world not good for an officer who is already under the microscope
