How we doing folks,
I’m Ike Hall, U.S. Marine, who has competed on the bodybuilding stage and has a love for powerlifting.
I often contemplate whom I love most out of the two and can never make a decision as they’ve both helped me along the way.
I hope to make new connections here and learn a bit more as there is always room for improvement.
Semper to the other Marines, here and thank you to all the other branches here who gave to our country.
I’ve been lifting since I was 15, started taking it serious at 22, now at 34 I feel great but still want to improve.
Measurements are as followed:
67’ 185lbs 10% bodyfat
Current Lift Numbers are 1-3 rep MAX and are as followed:
Flat Bench: 365lbs
Incline: 245lbs
Front Squat: 325lbs
Back Squat: 405lbs
Leg Press: 540lbs
DeadLift: 425lbs
Cling Jerk: 225lbs
Military Press: 205lbs
Calorie Consumption is as followed:
3500 Calories per day
This consist of more vegetables than anything else and of course beef and chicken.
I’d like to get more information about the plant based diet as a lot of powerlifters are stating that they have more energy and they no longer deal with inflammation in joints.
Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself.
Semper!!!
